If you want to change the name or properties of an attribute.Follow the steps given below:
Go to Configure Project.
Click on Manage Object Types.
Click on the Object Type in which you want to update attribute/s.
Click on the attribute.

5. Edit the field/s needed to be edited.
6. Click on Update Attribute button.

7. The Attribute gets updated.
