You can add links to the website in the menu by following below steps:
Go to Configure “Configure Project.”
Select Integration “Integration Menu.”
Add the Name “Name” and the URL “URL” of a website.

4. Click Update “Update Integration menu menu” button.
5. Return To Projectproject.
6. Open Any Requirementany requirement.
7.Click Menu “Menu Tab.”

8. A dropdown will open showing the two Menu Labels.

10. The website will open in a new tab.
