Go to Configure “Configure Project.”
Click on Manage “Manage Web Forms Forms” on left hand side menu.
Click on Create “Create New Webform.”
4. Fill the webform.
5. Click on Create WebForm “Create WebForm” on the bottom.
6.The Access URL “Access URL” of the webform appears.
7. Click on the Linklink(Access URL).
8. The Webform opens.
9.Fill the Webformwebform. If the webform is tracing upstream or downstream to any requirement mention the id, the traces will automatically appear when the requirement is created.

10. Click on Submit “Submit” button; eg. eg Create , create a Functional Requirement.

13.The Requirement is created and is tracing up to upstream Requirementrequirement.Trace was mentioned in the webform.
