If you want to move a user from one role to the other.Please follow the below steps:
Go to configure project.
Click on manage roles.
Click on a particular role; eg., admin.
Click on edit users.

5.Select a user/users.
6.Move to the role; eg., developer.
7. The user will be moved to the new role.
