You can add links to the website in the menu by following below steps:
Go to Configure Projectconfigure project.
Select Integration Menuintegration menu.
Add the Name name and the URL url of a website.

4. Click Update Integration update integration menu button.
5. Return To Projectproject.
6. Open Any Requirementany requirement.
7.Click Menu Tabmenu tab.
...
8. A dropdown will open showing the two Menu Labelsmenu labels.
9. Click on any one of them .
10. The website will open in a new tab.
