Shared Requirements
It helps in importing and publishing requirements.In this first we have to create a baseline,
add requirements to baseline and then publish it with the help of shared requirements.This project will be visible to import in all connected projects in Shared Requirements Import section.
Go to configure project.
Click on manage object type.
Click on a object type; eg., customer requirements.
Click on create new baseline.
5. Add name and description.
6. Click on create new baseline.
7. New baseline will be created.
Add requirements to the baseline individually or in bulk with the help of standard actions in create report.
Open a requirement.
Select add to baseline.
Add to Baseline in Bulk
Click on the folder and right click on create report.
In Standard Attributes, select Baselines and click on run report.
3. In Report,Select standard actions ,select the requirements to be added to the baseline ,select the baseline/baselines and click on update.
4. The report would show the added baseline/baselines.
Shared Requirements
Click shared requirements button on home page.
4. Click publish icon.
5. Select requirement type and in publish status select published.
6. Select the baseline/s.
7. Select update settings.
8. Go to some other project (Which the project is connected to) or connect the project by going to configure project → Connect Projects → Select the project in Connect to → Fill the description → Click on Connect Projects.
9. Check the project in shared requirements → Import section In the connected project.
10. Select the project name, requirement type and the baseline. Note -you should be a member of both the projects.
11. Click on display shared requirements.
12. List of baseline added requirements are displayed.
12. Select the requirements.
13. Click on Import requirements.
14. A folder appears in the left hand side.
