  1. Go to Configure Projectconfigure project.

  2. Click on Manage Web Forms manage webforms on left hand side menu.

  3. Click on Create New Webformcreate new webform.

4. Fill the webform.

5. Click on Create WebForm create webform on the bottom.

6. The Access URL access url of the webform appears.

7. Click on Delete delete the WebForm webform button.

8. Webform will be deleted.
