  1. Go to Configure Project.

  2. Click on Manage Web Forms on left hand side menu.

  3. Click on Create New Webform.

 

 

4. Fill the webform.

5. Click on Create WebForm on the bottom.

6. The Access URL of the webform appears.

7. Click on Delete the WebForm button.

8. Webform will be deleted.
