Get the TraceCloud API Key

 

  1. Go to http://www.tracecloud.com and login.

  2. Go to My Projects → My Profile

  3. Go to “Tracecloud API key” section.

4. Click on “Generate/Display API Key.”

5. “Tracecloud API Key” will be generated.

Get your TraceCloud Access URL

 

For TraceCloud SaaS : If you are using the “SaaS TraceCloud“ system, enter http://www.tracecloud.com .

For TraceCloud On Premises : If you are using the “OnPremises TraceCloud” system, enter http://test.tracecloud.com:9191/jira.

 

Once the Plug in is in the system, click on the "Configure" button

 

Note: You need to have “Administrator’ Privileges” in Jira to add the “TraceCloud Plug In.”

 1. Login in to http://test.tracecloud.com:9191/jira.

2. Go to Settings → Manage Apps → Manage Apps → tc-plugin → Configure

 

 

 3. Enter the “API key” generated .

4. Click on save.
